	MEMORANDUM NO. 2004-40 (12/30/04) 2005 Due Dates For Payroll Provisions Of Collective Bargaining Contracts The Memorandum 2004-40 in it's entirety contains details relative to many Collective Bargaining Contracts. However...for ease of reference, we have abridged the original document so that the only information relative to the new NP-4 Contract, and thus this Membership, is left. It denotes a few highlights regarding pay raises, etc., that the Men and Women of this Union might find informative.
